At the Helmut Fischer Group, the Supply Chain Management division includes the logistics, order processing, purchase and production planning teams. Supply Chain Management ensures that goods, products and services reach their goal safely and reliably – both internally and externally. The complete supply chain is covered from the supplier to the end customer.

As a team leader (m/w/d) Logistik, you will be responsible for the planning, control and optimization of our internal and international logistics processes. They lead a dedicated team of 15 employees and ensure that our products reach our customers worldwide in a timely and efficient manner.

Technical and professional leadership, mobility and further development of the team in logistics Task and personnel deployment planning, as well as the provision of a proper course of daily business Active control and control of material flows as well as the creation and pursuit of relevant key figures in logistics using SAP Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations and maintaining order and cleanliness within the logistics chain Continuous optimization of the operational storage and logistics processes Management of the adjacent intersections, among others between warehouse, purchasing, service and order processing Planning and implementation of deadline and permanent events
