Product developer (m/f/d)

As part of the HACO Group, we offer custom-made Spices and food innovations with a clear focus on competitive product concepts. To strengthen our team, we are looking at the Rietberg site near Gütersloh at the closest possible time

You develop and implement new product ideas – from conception to market maturity You write recipes and specifications You optimise existing products and recipes for quality, cost and production conditions You analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitors to continuously improve our portfolio You work with cross-disciplinary teams, such as marketing, sales and quality assurance You carry out product tests and accompany the technical implementation You document and present the development results

You have completed training in food technology You bring several years of professional experience in the product development of the food industry You have good knowledge of food law and food and additives You are ready to cost animal products during your activity You're sure to use computer systems You work independently and structured and like to work in the team
