As head of the office, you are the face on site for our customers: inside and working at our location in the Arndtstraße in Herford. You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership and distributive control of your team. By supporting your own coordinated customer base, you will ensure the success of your unit together with your employees. This distinguishes you: You have completed bank training and also successfully re-educated in terms of tasks or bring the willingness to do so. Ideally, additional training or studies (e.g., bank business owner:in). First experience in the leadership of employees Multiannual experience in customer-oriented consulting High solution orientation towards the customers: inside and connected thinking and acting. Communication strength in conjunction with pronounced empathy. High level of commitment, flexibility and target orientation. Identification as a team player. Safe and binding occurrence to ensure advice with heart and sense of responsibility.
