The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. Your tasks

• You coordinate and manage the adaptation of certain ServiceNow modules and applications
• You make sure that requirements and implementations are carried out within the framework of technical governance and set the platform up to date
• You ensure the quality assurance and compliance of best practices, security and compliance
• You keep an overview of the planned releases and dependencies for the respective modules

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of (economic) computer science or in a comparable course of studies
• You have first experience in leadership of teams and project groups or interest in leadership
• You can present practical experience in Java Script, agile working methods (SCRUM)
• You have a strong team idea and strong communication skills
• You have a solution and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical and communicative strengths
• You bring sound knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
• You are safe in German and English
