Together with experts from different disciplines, you will explore technical feedback from the market, analyze electronic components, software and system behavior and thus make a direct contribution to the further development of our implants. Analysis of customer feedback and technical vulnerabilities in external devices (e.g. clinical programmers, cardio messengers, neuro devices) Investigation and characterization of electrical systems and components for determining fault causes with state-of-the-art measuring technology Software-side examination of medical software in external devices Assessment of the risk potential of identified causes of errors and derivation of appropriate measures Introduction and Tracking CAPA Measures and Feedback to Development, Validation and Manufacturing Divisions Creation of tools for systematic and statistical evaluation of incidents of external devices Interdisciplinary cooperation with development, production, quality and service teams on root research Documentation and communication of results in English and German Support in the continuous optimization of our products to increase patient safety Participation in the preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits

A completed study of the field of electrical engineering, medical technology, communications technology, physics or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in quality management or product engineering and mastery of common quality techniques Very good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology as well as electrical measurement technology and software analysis Good understanding of modern tools and methods of quality management as well as databases (knowledge in SQL or C# is an advantage) Analytical thinking, structured working and pleasure in complex fault diagnosis Interest in medical technology and therapy understanding in the field of active implants (e.g. heart rhythm disorders, neuromodulation) and external devices Communication strength and team spirit for cooperation with various disciplines Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
