To support our operational logistics processes at the Regensburg site, we are looking for a Warehouse Adminstrator (m/w/d) with experience in the warehouse environment.

Control and monitoring of operational logistics and storage processes at the site Planning and ensuring the necessary infrastructure, resources and IT requirements Coordination of all goods movements including loading and unloading, intralogistics and storage Analysis, documentation and optimization of logistics processes along the supply chain Ensuring compliance with standards, processes and performance indicators Support for high-speed phases and international locations Cooperation with internal and external interfaces for process improvement KPI analysis and reporting with ERP and BI systems (e.g. Microsoft D365, Power BI) Technical support for operational staff and active knowledge management settlement of customs, hazardous goods and inventory processes including Documentation Administrative and operational support in daily business Physical and systemic stock management

Complete training or studies in the field of logistics, supply chain or comparable Multiannual experience in operational logistics or warehouse environments Understanding storage, transport and intralogistics processes Experience with ERP systems as well as reporting and key figures evaluations Permission for guiding industrial trucks or willingness to qualify Structured, solution-oriented and responsible operation Communication strength in handling employees, interfaces, customers and service providers Hands-on mentality, team skills and high self-initiative
