The planning and implementation of supplier appointments and audits for quality selection, approval, further development and support of suppliers with the focus on cable assembly and production of complex electronic devices are part of your tasks They take over the strategic supplier release and development from QM view, both at national and international level The support of KNDS daughters and partners in all QM relevant issues is part of your responsibility The supplier risk classification according to QM evaluation criteria is prepared by you and carried out in cooperation with the specialists for Supplier Quality (m/w/d) They coordinate internal and external voting, track and review corrective measures and remove delivery items directly from the supplier Releases of first samples as well as decreases in production and testing processes are also part of your responsibility You control and consolidate the product group Elektrik /Elektronik from the perspective of supplier development and take over the escalation management internally and externally Define the necessary quality measures when moving assemblies to other suppliers and follow your own responsibility They prepare complex negotiations on QS requirements, actively support them and take over the preparation Technical training and instruction for employees and suppliers are carried out by you

You have a completed technical study of electrical engineering with several years of professional experience or are technicians with many years of relevant professional experience and additional qualifications A comparable qualification is also possible They have completed additional training for the QM-Auditor (DIN EN ISO 9001); further relevant additional qualifications (e.g. EN 9100) are desirable Extensive knowledge in manufacturing techniques and QM management tools (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D method, Kaizen) bring you with Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications are provided You have ideally experience with the CAQ system Babtec as well as SAP/R3 flowing English skills are required, French knowledge of advantage They are ready to travel and bring a high readiness to travel A structured, independent and proactive way of working They convince with pronounced communication and team skills and empathy Self-confidence and a safe occurrence are among your strengths They have very good method and moderation skills Conflict and Criticism as well as negotiating and enforcement strength complete your profile They also bring high resilience and resilience
