Your qualities – exactly what we are looking for You bring not only experience and know-how, but also personality, passion and feeling for a great shopping experience: • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification – you have a solid basis on which you successfully run your store. • Multiannual experience in consulting and selling, of which at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail – you know how to motivate a team, manage processes and enthuse customers. • High service and customer orientation – The customer's wishes and needs are at the centre of your attention. You make sure every visit becomes a special experience. • Passion for our products – you burn for our premium products and share this enthusiasm with our customers and your team. • Friendly, binding appearance and joy in dealing with people – you are a positive personality that creates motivated, inspired and trust. • Flexibility and readiness to use – You are happy to pack up, open to new tasks and actively shape the store everyday. • Secure handling of numbers and cash systems – you keep an overview, tax revenues and analysing key figures routined. • Good knowledge in MS-Office – You use digital tools to efficiently design processes and organize your tasks optimally.
