Your tasks: Participation in process management with focus on digital solutions and forward-looking optimization of business processes in terms of efficiency and quality Implementation of process analyses and organisational investigations as well as the role of stimulus for structural developments (including topics such as RPA) Participation in bank-wide projects focusing on process organization and digitization Control of the release management of the data center, coordination and implementation of innovations in close coordination with other disciplines Administration and maintenance of central banking applications (including agree21, BankingWorkspace and product and competence management)

Your profile: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First experience in the field of organization, process management or digitization Knowledge of agile methods and process optimization desirable Safe handling of banking applications, ideally agree21 and digital tools Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
