• Technical and disciplinary management of a team in facility management with a focus on HLSK

• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of projects in the field of technical building equipment (HLSK) over all phases of performance

• Coordination and professional support of employees in building services with focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning

• Responsibility for project controlling, budget management, accounting and reporting

• Examination of contractual and performance contents and technical evaluation of offers and external services

• Control, seizure and continuous development of maintenance planning for HLSK plants

• Ensuring the legal and economic operation of the technical installations taking into account relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. safety at work, fire protection)

• Identification of optimization potentials and further development of processes and standards in facility management

• completed studies in the field of supply technology, facility management, building technology, economic engineering or comparable qualification; as an alternative training to the master or technician in the field of HLSK or comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in facility management or in technical building equipment focusing on HLSK

• Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees as well as in the management of teams and external service providers is advantageous

• Knowledge of the planning, operation and maintenance of HLSK plants

• Experience in project management and in dealing with budget and cost controlling

• Safe handling of relevant regulations, standards and legal requirements

• Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and secure communication in the professional environment

• Structured and solution-oriented operation and routine in coordination with different disciplines
