Telephone advice from customers to contracts and services Editing and implementing contract changes and processing in DV systems Testing and distribution of repair releases to contractors, insurance companies and repair firms Determination of the facts, examination of the insurance cover, clarification of the cover and liability issue forwarding of messages and requests to the relevant departments Sales of our own products to existing customers Work in the layer system in the times Monday Friday 08:00 - 20:00, occasionally Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00

Ideally professional experience in (telephone) customer support High service and customer orientation High communication capability Fast conception and systematic and reliable operation German language skills Timely flexibility and loadability
