We are looking forward to team players with completed training for/for health and (children) nursing staff:in, nursing staff / nursing staff, nursing staff:in and/or university degree in the dual bachelor's programme Care and a completed further and further education to lead a station or a comparable management qualification. The comparability of the qualification is tested by the Academy for Education and Career (ABK) on the basis of the national law of the FHH. According to the test, there should be a willingness to retrieve missing modules at the ABK. A minimum of three years of professional experience is required. Openness for new supply models and interdisciplinary cooperation A sense of responsibility, empathy and joy of decision Communication skills and cooperation with other professional groups Economic thinking and action Specialized pre-experiences in pneumology and/or thorax surgery, e.g. knowledge in the field of non-invasive respiratory therapy, are desirable.
