In this context, Tribe Data Insights & Analytics plays a central role in Allianz Customer and Markt GmbH and, with extensive data architectures, sets the foundation for implementing the customer-centric strategy within Allianz companies in Germany. In this dynamic environment, the team AI/ML of the DIA Tribes is crucial. It shapes the future of Allianz companies in Germany by developing innovative AI and ML solutions that support the customer-centric strategy. For this exciting task we are looking for a Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer (m/w/d).

Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer (m/w/d) You are responsible for the inclusion, consolidation and translation of the requirements of the various business units and work closely with Allianz's business owners and experts in Germany to identify and promote AI-based solutions. To do this, you use your relevant experience with cloud-based data & analytic architectures, in particular in the context of generative and traditional AI applications. You create a strong communicative bridge between requesters and developer team by checking new enquiries on feasibility and complexity and preparing them for the implementation team. You take care of the fact that all requirements for IT application development are implemented in the developer team, is responsible for the coordination of security checks or internal IT audits and supports the team in the role of Team Security specialist. You will play a key role in the strategic realignment of the AI/ML Tribe by being able to prepare and present facts in an address-oriented manner. If possible, the developer team will support you in particular with deeper research work before the solution implementation and when creating first demo versions for the requesters.

This is what you bring with you as a Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer (m/w/d) You have a degree in data science, (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree or a comparable qualification through professional experience. You have collected relevant practical experience in agile software development and ideally have your own knowledge in common programming languages (Python, Java, R). You have experience in requesting, consolidation and translation of business requirements You have already gained experience in IT compliance and have the pleasure of actively introducing them in the dynamic environment of AI application development. Professional handling of PowerPoint, Excel and agile planning tools like Confluence/Jira is self-evident for you and you have fun working on new tools. You have the ability to work analytically and conceptually in a very good technical understanding and enjoy working in new, complex situations, especially in the field of generic and traditional AI applications. You have knowledge of German and communicate with you in English.
