Control of the shape or tool for damage or contamination Application of release agents before the next casting process Solving screws, clamps, clamping elements Unfolding, lifting or pulling apart the mold halves Use of hand tools or lifting aids, depending on size and weight Removal of ridges, casting residues, shots Visual inspection of defects (lower, crack, deformation) In and out of impregnating mandrels Winding and fitting of impregnating mandrels and removing cast pipes on a removal device Subsequent workstations are grinding pipes and gluing components Transport of components with crane

Successfully completed training in the metal sector or several years of experience in this area Ready to work in the 3-layer system High level of quality awareness Very good German knowledge Forklift and crane license required Careful operation
