the design, implementation and further development of the separation calculation for the implementation of the Union framework for State aid to BTU and the processing of basic questions referred to in Article 107 TFEU and the Union framework, in particular by Implementation and further development of the verification calculation to avoid cross-subsidisation in accordance with Union frameworks for the whole area of BTU Processing of basic questions of so-called separation (separation of economic and non-economic activities), in particular on systematic issues of pre-calculation and post-calculation Compilation of the corresponding annual accounts including cost allocation Developing optimization proposals and basic documents for those business processes related to the implementation of the Art. 107 AUEV and the associated Union framework stand (e.g. through supply/contract phase, pre-calculation, post-calculation, accompanying documents, etc.) Developing policy notes, management templates and individual opinions Implementation of thematic training at home Implementation and further development of cost accounting at BTU Determination of the full cost of economic activity derived from the cost calculation Determination of over-cost surcharges based on cost accounting Creation of the annual accounts of the KLR Support for the relevant areas in the assessment and classification of difficult projects with regard to economic/non-economic activities in accordance with the requirements of the Union framework Processing of tasks with cost-based background with special reference to Art. 107 TFEU and the Union framework Integration of the results of KLR into BTU's tax accounts

completed university studies (Bachelor/FH Diploma) in the field of economics (preferably BWL) or another subject suitable for performing the tasks You should bring the following knowledge and/or experience: very good knowledge of financial accounting, cost and performance accounting good knowledge in the field of camera literature Knowledge of the right to grant, as far as possible in the field of universities Experience in handling HIS modules on ERP or comparable software and in the application of MS Office products Multiannual experience in the application of corporate tax law, in particular companies of a commercial nature, accounting, profit and loss account Experience in the collection of very complex material relationships You have the following personal skills: conceptual, very independent work, thoroughness, endurance, flexibility, exceptional communication and team skills Willingness to further education (editing in high school-specific software for pre-calculation, post-calculation)
