Team leadership structural inspection execution (m/f/d)

In your position as a team management audit (w/m/d) you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management, control and organisation of the team You bear the overall responsibility, such as responsibility for action and results, for the team and the related tasks, processes and projects You will also be responsible for the initiation, coordination and determination of internal processes within your team The performance of construction tests according to DIN 1076 is also one of your tasks – you are a specialist in basic matters, you are responsible for the technical control and supervision of employees and the quality assurance of the test results Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the coordination of multi-team processes and resources – You are regularly exchanged with overarching departments and act as representatives of the branch and specialist bodies.

Optimum prerequisite is a completed (special) degree in the field of civil engineering with a focus on constructive engineering or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience You can demonstrate multiannual professional experience in a significant function in connection with the building examinations, also desirable with management experience in a technical administration You also have knowledge of the award, contract design and financing of engineering contracts You bring good knowledge of the technical regulations and guidelines of engineering construction, including in the construction examination according to DIN 1076, RI-EBW-PRÜF, ASB-ING, BEM-ING, ZTV‐ING, RiZ-ING, SIB-Bauwerke This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
