Processing of legal questions and carrying out literature and legal research in various legal fields, including commercial and corporate law, contract law, M&A related topics and tax and equity law Support in internal or cross-departmental projects to implement compliance and data protection requirements Research and preparation of current legal and regulatory developments (e.g. compliance, legal or insurance issues) Participation in the preparation, examination and revision of contracts, legal opinions and training documents Support of the team in operational daily business Direct cooperation with the Head of Division and colleagues of the Legal-&-Compliance Team

Ideally first experience in legal/compliance (e.g. through internships or previous student activities) Interest in legal issues and their practical implementation in the economic context Careful, structured and reliable functioning and the willingness to work on new topics Good knowledge of English is advantageous Secure handling of MS Office 365
