Payment & Accounting: You are responsible for payment, secure the proper bank booking and take over the formation and processing of provisions Debitors in view: You enter the debitoral accounts, perform account management and rate payment accounting and support in receivable management WEG settlements: You first set up house money and individual bills, book the billing tips at the level of the special property, and soar for a structured digital deposit Document audits & owner meetings: In case of proof checks with the Advisory Boards and in the case of owner meetings, you support accounting and accounting issues Contact person for WEG accounting: whether WEG managers:inside, housing owners:inside, advisory boards, credit institutions or service providers:inside – you are a competent and service-oriented contact point for accounting and accounting issues

Commercial basis: A successfully completed commercial training forms your basis. In addition, you already bring professional experience in accounting – ideally in real estate management or WEG accounting WEG-Know-how: You are familiar with the peculiarities of WEG accounting and have a good understanding of house money bills, billing tips and the relevant basics of housing property law Numbers & systems are yours: Secure handling of MS Office is your everyday work.
