Do you want to actively shape the transformation of the Non Food Organization at Tchibo? Then this position is a great opportunity for you:

• In your role as Project Manager Non Food (m/w/d) - for a period of 12 months, you work as a staff member of the Non Food Management with the directors as well as the management team of the Total Non Food Division.
• You support and guide a broad project portfolio that has a high impact on the long-term orientation of the non-food sector and the success of our business model.
• You conduct process analysis to identify vulnerabilities, design target processes and implement Quick Wins.
• In addition, you accompany the change and create conditions to anchor this orientation also in the operative organization.
• You take the stakeholder management as well as the moderation of meetings and workshops and drive project topics forward in terms of content - you integrate classic and agile methodological knowledge into the project.
• Active risk and change management within the projects are also in your area of responsibility.

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You have a degree in economic engineering or economics or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you bring min. 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the fields of project, process management and/or change.
• Your communication strength as well as your strategic thinking skills and analytical skills help you quickly work on topics.
• Through your pragmatic approach, you have a high solution and implementation orientation and are able to concise complex facts.
• You manage to advance changes in a challenging and dynamic environment and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
