SERVICE is advertised Central contact for our existing customers and for new customers in the service and aftersales sector

Professional acceptance and support of customer support around maintenance, repair and service work

Customer support for technical queries, complaints or accessories

Advice on original parts, accessories and additional services

Own-responsible creation, testing and settlement of warranty and cunning requests according to manufacturer specifications

Close coordination with the workshop management for capacity planning and coordination of workshop orders

Ensuring a smooth repair process – from order creation to completion

Quality control of work carried out before vehicle return

Transparent communication with the customer about work scope, time frames and costs

Personal vehicle transfer to the customer including explanation of the work carried out

Active participation in high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty

Guarantee us your skills Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience in the field of guarantee processing, complaint management or expertise desirable.

Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP systems of advantage.
