Operational day-to-day business in your area, you've got a firm grip on the processes, continually opting out, taking into account the interfaces and working closely with the other logistical areas (planning, warehouse control, dispatch office, etc.). A well-thought-out and organised staff, holiday and shift planning is also natural for you.
