Employee Order Processing (m/f/d)

You carry out the early production of order confirmations for domestic and foreign customers as well as traders including the examination of commercial data for completeness. Delivery dates are monitored and coordinated by you on the basis of appointment lists as well as in coordination with assembly works and construction partners. You act as a central contact for the field service, traders and customers in the event of appointments, transfers and other order-related clarifications. Demand requirements as well as credit and direct debits including the associated voting and clarification processes are created by you. You examine and clarify order documents in cooperation with various financing companies. All documents required for delivery and shipping are prepared, compiled and sent by you. You monitor the timely receipt of proof of shipments and other specialist documents (sea and air freight). Revenue tax certificates for OEMs are checked and issued by you and export declarations and accompanying documents are prepared by you. You create preferential calculations as well as supplier declarations and certificates of origin. The classification and classification of the material master files as well as compliance with the regulations of the national and EU and U.S. export control law is your area of responsibility.

You have a successfully completed commercial vocational training (for example in the field of industrial merchants/earning merchants) or a comparable qualification. You have a good technical understanding and interest in the products. With common IT applications and in particular MS Office and SAP, you will be safe to handle. Good knowledge of customs processing, preferential and original law, tariffing of material master data and export control will be provided. Your self-employment, flexibility and durability are characterized. You act responsibly and like to work in the team. Very good German knowledge (min. B2 in word and writing) complete your profile.
