Support in the process engineering support of our production in the field of fiber optics, electronics and assemblies, including the required test systems Examination of the effectiveness of the processes and production facilities Support in identifying measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency and continuous improvement of production processes Creation of root-cause analyses of failures and unwinding of corrective measures Creation of statistical evaluations and maintenance of production documents Implementation and evaluation of experiments on optical and electronic components and assemblies, as well as the advancement of the CS and LEAN processes in production

You have a completed university degree in engineering in microsystems engineering, electrical engineering/electronics or another comparable degree Relevant professional experience in comparable activity is desirable You are characterized by a structured, analytical and process- and solution-oriented mode of operation You ideally have knowledge of EN 9100 and their implementation in manufacturing and maintenance operations You have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP You bring good communication skills, including in English, with Own initiative and sense of responsibility as well as communication skills and team orientation complete your profile
