(Senior) SAP FS-ICM Developer im Team SAP for Insurance (m/f/d)

You develop and optimize solutions in the SAP FS-ICM module – Incentive and Commission Management is your specialty. You combine classic ABAP development with modern approaches on the SAP Business Technology Platform and design processes that make compensation management more efficient.

We connect every day – uncomplicated, effective and with humor. Support & design: You work closely with our SAP-FS-ICM team and perform specific tasks in internal and external projects. These include the development in ABAP and the implementation of solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Advise: You are the central contact person for technical questions about SAP FS-ICM and advises on architecture and integration concepts such as connecting BTP services or external interfaces. Analyze: Together with the departments, you check requirements and guide concepts for the integration and automation of payment processes. You evaluate the use of AI models, for example for automated commission calculation or pattern recognition in compensation data. Design & develop: Create technical concepts, implement solutions in ABAP and implement Customizing in the SAP FS-ICM module. In addition, you use BTP components such as the SAP Integration Suite and develop ideas on how AI services make the processes in compensation management more efficient.

Qualification: completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable vocational training

Experience: multiannual experience in software development or in a technical advisory role, ideally in insurance or financial management

Specialization: sound knowledge in the SAP FS-ICM module, in particular in variable compensation models and commissions; very good experience with ABAP OO

Analysis: very good conceptual, methodological and analytical skills combined with professional appearance

Languages: very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge
