Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Supporting existing customer companies at operational level for the world of experience Living in coordination with the Performance Management and Product Management teams Proactive development of the existing partner business for sustainable development and production enhancement including monitoring Conception, development and implementation of training measures (presence trainings, e-learnings and webinars) Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures Moderating accompaniment of new processes to be established, recognition of potential for improvement on the POS and its implementation Proactive support for digital learning in customer-specific learning projects Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Training in the field of insurance (insurance businessman/wife, merchant/buyer for insurance and finance), studies in business management or comparable training Multiannual professional experience and successful sales experience in building financing Extensive sales experience in the sale of financial services products at POS Theoretical and practical knowledge of training techniques and methods, certification of advantage Theoretical and practical knowledge of sales techniques and methods Safe handling of MS Office programs Winning, communication-strong personality readiness to travel (service cars and trains) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You don't meet any requirement?
