Plumbing, heating and air conditioning (PHVAC) technician / building services technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• independent implementation of inspection, maintenance and repair work on sanitary, heating and ventilation systems
• Fast and reliable troubleshooting, leaks or defects
• Implementation of smaller installation work in housing modernizations or bath partial renovations
• Regular control of central technical facilities

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training as plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK), gas-water installation, central heating and ventilation equipment or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the maintenance of residential properties, customer service or building technology
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented approach and a friendly and customer-oriented appearance
• Valid driving licence of class B desirable
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing for voting and working reports
