Working Student Repair Business (m/f/d)

You support the collection and processing of customer requests for repairs and provide repair offers based on internal specifications. You will collect prices from manufacturers and suppliers and agree with the technical service. You actively communicate with customers, follow open offers and answer phone and written questions. You place repair orders in the ERP/CRM system, keep their progress in mind and prepare necessary documents (e.g. test books). You support business tasks such as simple calculations, master data management and the creation of small reports. You participate in the optimization of processes and help in the documentation of processes for our internal knowledge database.

Continuous study of economics or comparable Very good knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint First knowledge of CRM/ERP programs desirable Interest in sales processes and an affinity for technical products Embossed communication skills and team orientation German and English knowledge in word and writing You don't meet all the above requirements?
