The area of law and compliance takes over the central legal support of WERTGARANTIE Group's departments and corporate bodies. The focus is on legal advice on insurance, contract, competition, IT and data protection issues in a sales-oriented, international environment. Your future tasks: You advise the Group in all matters relating to company law – in particular in the fields of equity, GmbH and corporate law You are responsible for the legal support of Annual General Meetings and support the organisation of the Corporate Office, in particular in the management of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board, as well as in the context of consulting on corporate governance issues The reporting under the Insurance Supervision Act and the communication with the ongoing supervision (BaFin) are in your area of responsibility You create and negotiate contracts, guidelines and processes with strong corporate law and bring your legal expertise into strategic projects As part of corporate governance, you take on advisory functions and support the further development of legal processes and structures in the company You develop internal training measures (e.g. corporate governance or supervisory law) and conduct them independently
