Aster Anker Youth and Family Assistance is a free institution of youth assistance and is dedicated to the support of children, young people and families who are in a precarious situation of life and have a need for educational advice, support and support. The aim is to create the personal strengthening of addressees in the constructive life management and the improvement of social living conditions. In addition, addressees are to be encouraged in their development in order to regain a self-responsible and community-capable way of life. We are looking for social workers/social pedagogues (m/w/d) in full time, part-time for our outpatient educational aids. We cannot take into account applicants with other qualifications!

Activities and content: Targeting and finishing in cooperation with clients and youth office Support for help schedule talks Active educational support and design of everyday life with children, young people and families House visits, consulting and family talks Accompanying clients to authorities Telephone calls, correspondence, conversations with clients Cooperation with relevant institutions Independent, flexible and team-oriented work Support for school and everyday problems of children and young people Documentation

in the following areas you will be employed: accompanying changes, social pedagogical family assistance (SPFH), educational assistance (EB), care of young people in our own homes

Prerequisite and required qualification: Completion: Dipl. Soz. Education / Social Work or Social Education B.A. / and Education Vocational experience in social work desirable well-founded knowledge of youth and family help desirable Educational skills and methodological knowledge Case documentation in reporting form Mobility and flexibility active participation in supervisions and team meetings Secure handling MS Office e.g. in Outlook and Word
