You take over the holistic support of defined real estate portfolios in the area of residential and commercial real estate and are the central contact person for customers:inside and internal stakeholders As an interface between customers and departments, you coordinate topics around the supervised portfolios and ensure an efficient flow of information With meaningful reporting, analysis and evaluations, you create transparency and support sound portfolio management decisions

Management and development of maintenance budgets in SAP and analysis of budget development are your responsibility
