Organizing, planning and implementing complex projects with multiple subprojects Active advancement of the project and consistent implementation of decisions Monitoring and reporting of project dates, product costs and project costs Creating diagnostics to control the project with respect to the relevant planning contents Clear communication of target and plan changes and preparation of solution alternatives to client and customer interfaces Preparing and producing phase-oriented gate and milestone releases Participation in the creation of specifications and obligations Leading projects with functional safety Create problem solutions independently, capture the starting position and define new goals Working with agile methods and Scrum-led working groups

Complete study of electrical engineering or in a comparable course of study Experience in managing development projects for electronics, software or system solutions Experience in electronic development and its introduction to international production sites for serial delivery Structured, targeted working and a high degree of self-initiative Competence for the development of system solutions Social competence to guide project groups Analytical Skills, Targetedness Good communication behaviour and convincing appearance English knowledge insurance
