During the three-year training (Start 01.08.2026), you can fill in the kitchen all posts (so called the departments within the kitchen). Cold kitchen (Gardemanger), side kitchen (Entremetier), meat/fish/saucen/Fonds (Saucier & Rotisseur) and the dessert and cake kitchen (Patissier). For a few months, you will also be active in the service. It is important for you that you can not only cook the food for the guest, but also learn to be a good host to the guest. During this time, you will learn all the essentials of cooking and kitchen life together with the visit of the vocational school. You will be thrilled with how varied this profession is. You learn how to cook properly, how to deal with professional kitchen technology, planning and calculation of food sequences, goods storage and much more. The great thing about this training is that the whole world is open to you and there are many attractive job offers.
