This makes the position

The Klinik Gastronomie Eppendorf GmbH (KGE) supplies patients as a service subsidiary of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf:inside, employees:inside, students and guests of the clinic with a high-quality and diverse range of dishes. More than 2000 employees use our staff restaurant every day.

In addition to the staff restaurant, we provide about 2,500 people a day in our Bistros and Cafés. Our own event ring is also part of your responsibility.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility and coordination for our kitchen area
• Classification of employees and monitoring of workflows
• Work on a large belt flushing machine and pot flushing machine including cleaning
• Close cooperation with kitchen and service management
• Support of the conveyor belt during lunchtime
• Guide cleaning and temperature lists
• Cleaning work according to the specified hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Good knowledge of German (at least B1) desirable
