Finding and therapy: You create findings and treat mainly neurological patients with early rehabilitation (phase B to C, incl. intensive care) as well as orthopaedic patients with further rehabilitation and post-healing treatment. Therapeutic concepts and everyday promotion: You apply evidence-based therapy approaches, promote everyday skills (washing, dressing and eating training) and develop individual programs for self-training and self-organization. Auxiliary services: You carry out and advise care, testing and adaptation of domestic aids, as well as schools. Group and device therapy: You plan, manage and perform activating, indication-specific groups and use device-based arm-hand training in the “Armlabor”. Documentation and teamwork: You document findings and therapy procedures in the IT-supported clinic information system, regularly participate in in interdisciplinary team meetings and engage in internal training.

You have completed training as an ergotherapist; Professional experience is desirable. You are characterized by resilience, flexibility, communication skills and joy in dealing with people. You like to work in an interdisciplinary and team-oriented manner and bring together team spirit and sense of responsibility. You understand ergo-therapeutic diagnostics with regard to everyday management following a holistic approach to treatment. You have empathy and interest in further development in your professional field.
