Apartment management incl. rental of our apartments, garages and commercial premises for approx. 1,100 residential units Representation of GWH to tenants (m/w/d), tenants (m/w/d), authorities, associations and other institutions (m/w/d) on the sustainable economic development of our housing stock including financial planning Participation in modernisation and responsibility for rent increases in the price-free stock Proactive support in the development of quarters as well as ongoing consideration of the different fields of action including Updating of quarterly certificates Investment calculations for the quartering and testing of funding opportunities Establishment and maintenance of a network to function providers in municipal administration and cooperation in district-relevant municipal working groups / bodies

Successfully completed real estate training or completed studies, additional development to the real estate specialist, real estate economics or the like is desirable, technical knowledge is advantageous Experience in the rental and management of housing and the economic development of housing Good MS Office knowledge, SAP experiences are desirable Result-oriented and self-employed, organizational Initiative, innovation and flexibility Excellent communicative skills as well as persuasion Fun at the team’s cooperation and in dealing with tenants
