Own support and handling of construction sites and construction services in the Osnabrück and the surrounding area (PLZ area: 49) Implementation of the construction projects in compliance with the administrative arrangements and requirements Calculation, promotional processing and time and cost tracking Control of internal and external craftsmen and service providers Construction, audit and performance reporting Own implementation of small maintenance measures

Successfully completed technical or craft training First experience in the construction line desirable Class B licence and high readiness to travel within your area and adjacent federal states Self-employed, reliable and responsible work Handicraft skills and organizational talent Secure computer skills Teamability and communication skills
