Process analysis and optimization support Figure of business processes of internal and cross-departmental processes along the value chain Responsibility of documentation of new methods with process images and descriptions Working in the customer project area (e.g. appointment tracking, support in creating project documents) Support in operational daily business as a full-fledged team and project member
