Design your next development step as (Junior) Recruiter (m/w/x) at our Düren site and take responsibility for a modern, clear and effective recruiting. Together we grow, create orientation for our specialist areas and drive boldly new ways forward. In addition, you can support selected vacancies at our location in Frankfurt and get an even wider view of our talent landscape. Are you on it? Your tasks: End-to-End Recruiting: You enter industrial and commercial vacancies from briefing with the field of candidates to final contract signing Consulting & Sparring for executives: In close cooperation with the departments, you develop precise requirements profiles and assist managers in selecting suitable talents Targeted candidate address: You'll start appealing job advertisements, select matching recruiting channels and make sure we reach the right talents Interview Management & Diagnostics: Structured interviews run digitally and personally and use appropriate diagnostic tools to make informed decisions Recruiting Performance & Further Development: With a view to Candidate Experience, KPIs and efficient processes, you can bring momentum to the strategic development of our recruiting Career fairs & events: At career fairs and recruiting events, you present our company and connect directly to potential talents

Your profile: Qualification & Experience: A completed study - preferably in the economic field or in psychology - as well as at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, for example through internships, work students' activities or a first permanent job, you already bring with you Secure appearance & communication strength: You convince with a safe appearance, bring a good sense to different audiences and communicate confidently with talents Working methods & tools: A structured work, organizational skills and handling of common HR tools or ATS systems are of course for you Mobility: You work predominantly at our site in Düren and are ready to be on site in Frankfurt every two weeks to personally accompany the recruiting themes there Language skills: You complete your profile with fluent German and English skills
