Social worker / social pedagogue (m/f/d)

Our team of social and psychological services provides comprehensive support for children, young people and families at Radolfzell and Singen sites. With 70 dedicated employees in the fields of child and youth assistance, nursing children/adoption mediation, psychological advice and integration aid, we are broadly positioned.

On 1 July 2026 we are looking for an experienced social worker (m/w/d) for group management in the field of integration aid. Their focus is on supporting children and young people with (soul) disabilities according to SGB VIII.

Your tasks:

• leadership and coordination of the team
• Advice and decision-making in youth and integration aid
• Compliance with technical and legal standards
• representation in bodies and working groups
• Contribution to the further development of the department

Your profile:

• Complete study of social education or social work
• First leadership experience and project knowledge
• Team spirit, communication strength, sense of responsibility
• driving licence and mobility
