Coordination of personal processes: You take over the independent supervision and coordination of personal processes in your area in close cooperation with the personnel management Support for HR topics: You support executives on personal and labour law issues and applicant management Staff: You advise and support employees in all HR-relevant issues to ensure effective staff support Participation in process optimizations: You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of internal personal processes, in particular in the area of digitalization Reporting and analysis: You create analyses and reports that contribute to the sound support of HR decisions

You have completed training or studies with HR focus or a comparable qualification and have multi-year experience in human resources, ideally in a generalistic HR role You are sure to deal with common HR systems and digital tools and have good knowledge of working law and ideally in adjacent legal areas You bring experience in dealing with key figures and the care of various areas of expertise and are already familiar with the Tari contract TVÖD You are characterized by communication strength and an independent and solution-oriented manner You show high self-initiative, team capacity and openness for change processes
