The place of use: Celle
In your function as a workshop manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for building and standardizing processes to create clear structures and a stable working environment. They lead a team with approx. 30 employees, motivate and contribute to the continuous further development to further shape the flexibility and expertise of your team. The optimization and control of the workflows by means of key figures (KPIs) are your tasks as well as ensuring quality, schedule and efficient resource use.
