As a nursing specialist in outpatient care (m/w/d), you are an important reference person for our clients: You support their everyday life as independently and securely as possible in their own four walls. With your expertise, your empathy and your attention to the needs of each individual, you take care of professional care, advise relatives and work closely with your team. In doing so, you combine modern care with personal proximity and help to sustain the quality of life of people.
