Your profile -- expertise and passion

• (m/w/d), as an alternative to social education (m/w/d), childhood education (m/w/d) or medical education (m/w/d).
• Experience in kindergarten or hort area as well as knowledge in observation and documentation are ideally brought with you.
• Empathy, team spirit, and communication strength are yours -- you create spaces where children can learn, play and grow self-determined.
