Support for the construction and project management: evaluation of contract issues and identification of demand potentials. Contract-relevant correspondence: guidance and monitoring of communication. Tracking of claims: Administration and tracking of registered claims. Consultation: Supporting the project teams in the documentation of construction site events for a well-founded follow-up. Performance deviations: analysis and assessment of the impact on the construction process and its temporal and financial consequences. Claim implementation: Identification, preparation and enforcement of contract changes, disabilities and construction disorders. Defence of claims: support in the defence of claims by contracting entities and subcontractors. Negotiations: Participation in follow-up negotiations, building contract meetings and partnership meetings. Coordination: Planning of external construction and construction consultants.

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training/qualification, e.g. technician:in Multiannual professional experience in dealing with clients and entrepreneurs is desirable but no condition. We will work you into your new area of responsibility. In-depth knowledge in construction, construction contract law, construction planning and calculation. Good knowledge of MS Office, RIB iTwo and schedule software. Teamability, safe occurrence, communication strength, enforcement ability and negotiation skills complete your profile.
