Image management and automated rollout Standardization and automation of deployment and commissioning processes Administration and further development of our M365 environment (including Exchange, VPN etc.) Ensuring IT security, system availability and backup strategies Preparation and configuration of server systems and operating terminals for customer projects Support & documentation 1st and 2nd level support for internal users Implementation of user training Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and process descriptions Optional: SaaS & Digitization Selection, integration and configuration of new SaaS solutions Advice and support for the departments in the digitization of operational processes Build and optimize automated workflows via APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP) Improving the interaction of existing tools and systems
Completed training, e.g. specialist (m/w/d), or completed studies in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, etc. Experience in the administration of Windows/Linux systems, networks & clients Optional knowledge in SaaS implementation, ideally in the SME environment Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, C#, Node.js or TypeScript Confidence with API interfaces (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) German & English (min.
