Leader Inbound Logistics (f/m/d)

As Inbound Leader, you will take on a key leadership role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective and reliable inbound logistics processes within a highly dynamic and automated logistics environment. Build and lead a logistics department of up to 400 people across two leadership levels. Work hand in hand with your team leaders to shape a high performing organization out of a blank page Logistics optimization: Keep poking, prodding and rethinking supply chain processes to boost efficiency, cut costs and make customers happier. In a fully automated, highly technical warehouse, you bring the floor level expertise that keeps decisions grounded in reality, not just Real world experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally from e commerce or retail A degree in logistics, supply chain management is a plus Great communication skills in English, and either French or German Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and cooperate effectively with your colleagues Proficiency in data analysis and the use of technical tools to optimise our logistic processes Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness Think and act with an absolute respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
