Ideally a completed training as a civil engineer or construction technician (FH/TU/TH) or a comparable technical training Ideally multi-year professional experience in costing/cost estimation or in the handling of technically demanding construction projects in high and/or turnkey construction Wide and sound engineering and commercial knowledge Funded knowledge in the current MS Office programs and in current calculation programs, ideally IBIS-Trad Own initiative, openness, commitment and above all fun working in a fresh and strong team Responsibility and reliability German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
