Buyer (f/m/d)

On behalf of a well-known company based in Wiedemar, we are looking for a buyer (m/w/d) for direct adjustment. The company is part of an internationally successful automotive group and employs around 230 employees at its location. It acts as a link between fleet operators, commerce and the Group and offers a wide range of technical and logistic services around the automotive sector from vehicle logistics to used car management. In this versatile role, you are responsible for the entire process of operating and strategic purchasing within the Group. You act as a central interface between internal areas, suppliers and corporate partners. In detail:

Own-sponsored implementation of supplier negotiations and creation and conclusion of framework agreements Analysis and monitoring of the procurement market and identification of savings potentials Further development and standardization of purchasing processes and tools in line with group requirements Creation and evaluation of purchasing reports in cooperation with Finance & Controlling Ensuring compliance, contractual and legal certainty (e.g. LkSG, IKS, internal guidelines) Responsibility for the material management system SAP MM, including process management and interface management

Complete studies of business, economic engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally in the automotive environment Funded knowledge in SAP MM as well as experience in system care and process design Strong analytical and communicative skills as well as sovereign negotiation skills Safe handling of purchasing policies, compliance requirements and contract law
