Ensuring quality standards throughout the production process Examination and optimization of processes in production as well as in stores Creation of product passports Preparation of laboratory samples Implementation of the receipt test complaint processing including instructions for error analysis and development and review of corrective measures Support for internal and external audits

a successfully completed degree in food management / ecotrophology / nutritional sciences or a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in food technology, baker master (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification relevant bakery experience Knowledge of HACCP strong commitment and sense of responsibility as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength and team capacity safe handling of MS Office
