• from 3 years of relevant professional experience, otherwise 3558 € to 3772 € gross per month with lower/other professional experience. You organize, coordinate and monitor food production across the board, as well as the accompanying processes for several production sites with currently approx. 3000 food per day. You control and optimize the workflows including all related activities for all associated production sites. You are the link between production sites and administration. You are responsible for ensuring and developing quality and hygiene standards and their documentation; also monitor the implementation of hygiene regulations and other legal regulations. You implement the personnel requirements calculation in the field and are responsible for the operational planning and employee management. To do this, you also coordinate their incorporation and training. You act as a contact person for our customers and process their feedback.

You have a degree as a kitchen master (w/m/d) or a degree as a catering farmer (w/m/d) e.g. DHA or a comparable conclusion with practical experience with regard to the kitchen drains. You can demonstrate a multiannual professional experience and leadership experience, ideally in the community, e.g. in school and kite catering. You have knowledge and interest in alternative nutrition concepts. You bring enthusiasm for your profession and a sound quality awareness. You have good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially very good Excel knowledge). We work with an industry software to process our processes. You have experiences in self-control according to the HACCP principles. You have the driving licence of the driving class B. You bring about social and organizational skills in dealing with customers and employees. You have good German language skills in word and writing.
